How to create announcement before and after Upgrade to the Users?

Dear members,

Requirement-Could you please inform all users by creating a Top Banner in the GRC for any update/upgrades (from 3 days before after 3 days)?

Findings:

created new announcement on table ->announcement.list-It shows announcement on service portal.

created announcement on the table ->banner announcement - It doesn't works.

Could anyone suggest your answer for this above creation of banner on Classic UI or workspace.

Hi Ankur,

Thanks for the documentation.I tried on UAT. It works(Next experience banner announcement).

I could see the announcement once.If we close the announcement by mistake without reading it,do i need to view the announcement again.Is there chance to pop the announcement again in next experience.

User need to logout and login again to see the same banner so that a new session is established.

It won't appear again in same session.

OR

You can make the banner as Non-dismissable
