I have followed all the instructions, but can't locate INC0000055. I need help, please.

  1. Navigate to Self-Service>Incidents

  2. In the top-right global search bar, type INC0000055

  3. Press Enter

If the record doesn't appear in search:

  1. Go to Self-Service> Incidents

  2. Click the Filter icon (funnel button) in the list header

  3. Add a filter condition: Number is INC0000055

  4. Click Run

Method 3: Using URL (If You Have Sys ID)

If you have the record's Sys ID:

  1. Use this URL format:
    https://your-instance.service-now.com/incident.do?sys_id=YOUR_SYS_ID_HERE

  2. Or add filter: Sys IDis your_sys_id_here
