Universal Request

Employees can enjoy a single request experience on the Employee Center. With Universal Request, eliminate service delivery dead-ends and facilitate seamless cross-departmental collaboration to drive unified service delivery. Sometimes, employees don’t know where to go for help. Is blocked access to payroll coming from an IT outage or an HR discrepancy? On the Employee Center, employees can immediately open a request through the “Request Help” feature. If the request is automatically routed to IT but HR is blocking the payroll access, the agent can ensure the request gets to the right team behind the scenes. Your employee can focus on productive work without having to open and monitor multiple tickets. Employees can track the status of their request on the original ticket opened on the Employee Center, regardless of how many transfers that occur on the backend.
