Hello all,
I am looking for a way to monitor employee center usage. In the context of continuous improvement I would like to get a view on the throughput time of an end user how long they search for a particular request, what is the most traveled path to a particular request via the taxonomy or via the search, how many visits do we have without any request and so on. Does anyone have an idea if this OOTB is present or what we can do to obtain it?
