Additional Comment Field is not available in EC Portal for ITIL and NON-ITIL Users

Hi everyone!

 

I need help with our current issue.

 

I have admin access in DEV environment and I can see the "Additional Comment" field of the ticket in EC Portal.

However, whenever I impersonate an ITIL or NON-ITIL user, the Additional Comment field does not exist.
