Enable dynamic translation for additional comments in esc portal

We want end users to see the Additional Comments field translated in the esc portal for records like incident request.

• The Dynamic Translation plugin is activated and connection setup successfully.
• In form view translation is working for fields like short description, description, additional comments and work notes.

Note - Please refer attached image we need translation in highlighted area.

Step-by-step guidance would be very helpful.
