After clone new widgets then how to Replace OOTB widget with custom widget in servicenow?
if the not able to edit the old widget (eg:standard ticket tab)
how to resolve this issue ?

If you click on the "Instance 1" in front of that widget and scroll to the bottom, you can change the widget to yours there. I'm not sure why it doesn't show up in Designer, but I have the same issue in my PDI.

If you open the page in Designer, you should be able to swap out the widget for your custom one.
