Anyone knows how to create a PA breakdown on agents

Hi there,

Ive got a request, to have breakdowns on our HR PA report on Agent level. By OOTB, the Agent Breakdown source filters on department HR on the user table. This wont work on our side.

Did anyone had similar issues?
