Approver not visible in “My Requests” for custom Procurement Case (Employee Center)

Hi All,I’m working on a requirement to display the Approver for a custom Procurement Case in both the backend form and the My Requests page in Employee Center.

  • As a requester (Requested By / Requested For), when an approval is generated, the approver name should be visible in My Requests
  • As an agent, the approver should be visible on the form view of the Procurement Case

Current Status:

✔ Approver is successfully displayed on the Procurement Case form (backend/workspace)
✔ “My Request Filter” is configured for the Procurement Case table
✔ Table extends Task (OOTB)

Issue:

 Approver name is NOT showing in the My Requests page (Employee Center)

 
  • What is the best approach to display the Approver name in My Requests (ESC)?
  • Are there any recommended configurations, widgets, or extensions required for this?

Any guidance or best practices would be really helpful.
