Hi all,
The article rating feedback task was available on our instance until we upgraded to Vancouver.
Unfortunately right now when an employee is providing low feedback to an article, the pop-up(with the reason and feedback details) is not appearing anymore.
The user is receiving this message:
Please let me know how this can be fixed.
