Watch List in the ticket form in Employee Center

Hello all,

 

I am aware that in EC (HR module) it is possible to add the watchlist field to the ticket page (see below screenshot). Do you know if there is any way to do it in the regular EC, without the HR module?

Are you asking how to add the watchlist component in non-HR records such as Incidents?

Although it's not identical to your screenshot, there is a workaround by adding a watchlist widget as a new tab.

Can a user group be assigned to watch list? i.e., if I am on a team that needs to track and drive status on open tickets, can the team as a user group be assigned to the watch list?
