Articles are opening in " kb_view "instead of " kb_article_view " in the employee center

Hi All,

 

I have a issue with some articles which are opening in " kb_view "instead of " kb_article_view " in the employee center when searched with the article number, these articles are created with a custom template.

How to fix the issue any help is highly appreciated.
