Auto select user's country and Global from the multisel Facets based on the Logged in User's country

In the service portal, we have the list of countries (a multiselect Facet).
When the User search for any knowledgebase, the user's country and the 'Global' must be auto selected.

Later, if the user can check/uncheck the Facets.
