Blackout Schedule

I am unable to see the New option on Blackout Schedule form. I have change manager role. Is there any specific role that someone need to have to create New blackout schedules in ServiceNow?

Hi @Avant Kumar 

according to https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/vancouver-it-service-management/page/product/change-management/ta... you need to have the "itil_admin" role to create backout schedules.
