Campaign Content not triggering

Hi

I created a campaign based on the tutorial (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d_N45k9xxw8

However, it is not triggering.

I used the "ec_pro_dashboard" page for content display (banner content for Content Experience);

There are no issues with Content Publishing but Campaign Content doesn't work.

Any suggestions?

I narrowed down my issue 

Looks like the "targeted content" records are not added to the table "sn_ca_campaign_item_user"

So, if I add new content and publish my campaign the new content is not added to the "targeted content" under my "Campaign Target" record

I re-executed the scheduled job:

Content Experiences: Update Campaign Audience

Content Experiences: Manage Content States

but no luck 

I'm facing the same issue now. Have you had a chance to figure out what is going on and how to fix it?
