Campaign Content not triggering

Hi

I created a campaign based on the tutorial (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d_N45k9xxw8

However, it is not triggering.

I used the "ec_pro_dashboard" page for content display (banner content for Content Experience);

There are no issues with Content Publishing but Campaign Content doesn't work.

Any suggestions?

Hi Pooja,

 

The users whose start date is 30 days ago from today should get added to the campaign targets, and receive the emails and surveys, but they are not, I have executed the 'Content Experiences: Update Campaign Audience' scheduled job, but the campaign targets hasn't been updated, instead the audience members are being updated.

 

Can anyone help me on the same?

Hi @Gosia Urbanska,

Please run following jobs from System Definition > Scheduled Jobs when the campaign is published,

  1. Execute Content Experiences: Update Campaign Audience , this will add users that match the audience criteria to the campaign (Campaign Targets)
  2. If you added a to-do content in the bundle, run the scheduled job named Content Experiences: Add Non-Portal Campaign Content this will add Targeted Content to your To-do content. Then run Content Experiences: Create To-dos,  this will create tasks

Once all jobs finish, you should see your content live as per schedule.

 

If the error still persists, please provide more details on the app version etc and anything else that will help us investigate. Few things you can check -

  1. Your audience criteria does have matching users, and you are impersonating correct user.
  2. Check if there are any errors while processing, System Log > All

If you still have issues, please reach out to support to open a case task.

Huge thanks, I spent 4 hours trying to work out what is wrong. 
You need to execute the scheduled job for thigns to be visible.

Glad it helped. I must note that these scheduled jobs are meant to run at a certain interval on their own. So if you have set your campaign well in advanced, everything should be ready by the time scheduled date reaches.

Hi @Pooja_Patil 

In Campaign table new button is visible only if campaign list is empty or state is draft is it OOB feature.

I figured it new button is not visible in my PDI, i have added sn_ca.campaign_manager role to admin but still it is not visible for me.
