Cannot search knowledge articles on Employee Center

Hi all,

I just enabled AI search on my EC portal but it does not work with Knowledge. It is working find with Catalogs.

Does anyone have any idea? Is it related to Taxonomy?

Hi everyone,

I think the AI search does not work with my customized EC portal, so I created a new search profile then it works. Thanks everyone!

Hi,

What I am aware, AI Search works on Virtual Agent. Not sure if it worked on Portals search also.

Depending on the Search profile you are using, please check in your Search Profile if knowledge bases has been added in your search Source.
If it is, then your knowledge base should be searcheable.
