Hi,
Suppose I have catalogs other than the ones we get in our instances like "SERVICE CATALOG", "RESOURCES", and "TECHNICAL CATALOG". Along with those catalogs I have my catalog items. The issue is when I search for those catalog items, they are not reflected in the search results on our custom employee center portal. Can anyone help me with that?
For eg:
I have a catalog named "ABC" and a catalog item named "DEF". When I search for "DEF" on my custom employee center portal, it does not appear in the search results.

You need to add "Network" Category in the Catalog record in the portal. SS:
OR
Add the "Network" Category in the "topic". SS:

@khyati_thadani , assign Catalog Category "Network" into the assigned topics to visible on the portal search. Go to topics --> select the topic which is added to the portal taxonomy --> either add catalog category OR add catalog item directly to the connected content. SS:

assign Catalog Category "Network" into the assigned topics to visible on the portal search. Go to topics --> select the topic which is added to the portal taxonomy --> either add catalog category OR add catalog item directly to the connected content. SS:
But still no luck. Now what should I do?

@khyati_thadani , U are able to see "Report Email Issue" catalog item in portal but through search it is not visible ryt?

Yes, I can see my catalog item in the portal but not able to search them on the EC landing page with the help of the typeahead search widget.
