Configuration details not displayed

Hi All,

 

When I enable the OOB Task configuration page for RITM approvals, Reference table fields configured are not displayed for approver if approver has only (approver_user role). 

In our requirement most of the RITM approvers are managers and they do not have any roles except approver roles.

 

I have configured as per documentation: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/utah-employee-service-management/page/product/employee-center/tas...

 

Navigate to To-dos Configuration > Approvals 

Task configurations tab > Request Item

Open the Task configuration and set it as active.

As a RITM approver(who has only approver_user) role , open My Tasks and open any RITM for approval.

Reference table fields are not displayed. 

 

Fields are not visible here.

My requirement is to display the sc_req_item table fields to approvers whoa re managers and they have only approver_user role.

 

Issue is whatever field we add from Reference table which is sc-req_item here, approver_user is not able to see in employee center portal.

 

Note: For sys_approval_approver table sc_req_item is Reference table.

 

Kindly help!
