Configuring search suggested results for Employee Center

Hi ServiceNow,
How do we alter the suggested results in Employee Center search? We have configured the search sources to filter out these catalog items but in suggested results but they still show up. How can we configure the suggested results to stop certain results from appearing? Are the suggested results searching through the AI Search search sources?
