Contextual side panel icons

Hi,

 

I'm facing issue in contextual side panel in SOW. Earlier I have made 5 icons to display but now its showing 3 Icons in Display. there are few changes I'm seeing in application scope (its taking sn_lp_editor) by default. I didnt any changes why it has changed I'm not getting it. Can anyone pls help on this.

The contextual side bar is configured per task type, so you may see 5 when viewing an Incident and only 3 when viewing a Problem record.  Validate where you did the configuration to see if it's still there.
