I would like to implement a taxonomy topic in the Employee Center portal that displays all available knowledge bases along with their respective knowledge articles. How can this be achieved effectively within the platform?

Hi,
Have you tried to create a new Menu Item in the Taxonomy, then add the KB page in the URL?

HI @FemyM
I think directly mapping Knowledge bases to the Taxonomy topic is not possible as connected content in topic allows articles, catalog items or quick links.
Alternatively, you can create a quick link and route it to kb_view or search page. Or you can also try with another menu item of URL type.

Hello @FemyM ,
This cannot be achieved as topics within the Taxonomy, as each piece of content is curated and to be added manually.
But you can add a link to the Employee Center main menu, like this:
Go to the Employee Center portal configuration and then open its Main menu record.
In that menu, add a new item with Type = Page and Page = kb_view2.
Result:
Note: if you have the Advanced Portal Navigation enabled for Employee Center, you would also have to sync this new menu item and then set it to active. You might also need to log out and log in again to make the change effective.
Regards,
Robert
