EC Portal Error with Todos Approval Actions

Hey there SN Comm!

I am running into an issue that I need some help with.

Within the EC Pro, we are using a widget on the front page "My Requests". When an approval comes through, the manager can go to it from there or the "My Tasks" header menu button.

Our flow goes through two approval requests through Flow Designer. When testing the flow with a particular case, everything goes through fine with no errors.

Now, the first approval comes from the subject person's manager. When they approve, the Task / To-Do goes away. With the second level approval request, that manager can approve and the flow completes, and the case's approval is set to approved. All good there - But on the portal side for the second manager, the task/To-do stays there with both the Reject and Approve buttons. This is on the Standard Ticket Tab widget. When I go to the My Tasks header menu button, and look at the HRM Todos Summary widget, the to-do is gone (that is great!).

Back to the Standard Ticket Tab widget, when the manger attempts to click approve again, we get this error message:

When I research the Todos Approval Actions error, a few things are pointing to the Comments field and saying to change the type from String to Journal Input. However, on the approval table, it is already set correctly.

So, anyone able to help with this? My assumption is, since the approval task should not be there anymore once approved from the Standard Ticket Tab widget, that the system fails since the approval is already set to Approved.

Suggestions, help, anything? 🙂
