Employee center application search

When searching for applications (sn_ex_sp_pro_m2m_application_topic) in Employee center search, it is not returning any result related to application. Also, after adding application tab in search page, it's also not showing any results and showing as disabled. (Please see the screenshot)

 

Any help related to this would be helpful. Thanks in advance!!!

Do you have AI search enabled? Give this a try 

AI Search stopped returning results in the portal for all searches - Support and Troubleshooting

yes, we have AI search enabled. Other searches are working fine. Only for application search it’s not returning any result.
