How to add a new tab for Incident details in Employee Center

Hi All, 

 

We have a requirement to add a new section under Incident as "Details" which should contain closure information like close code & close notes.

I have added a new section in the ticket configuration, but not able to add & build a custom widget.

Can someone help with the widget code for the same.

 

Any help will be appreciated.

Hello @nayanmule 

Please go to Standard Ticket Configuration in the Filter Navigator and find the record for this configuration there you can configure what details to show up.

Hi Ravi, 

I have added the section through ticket configuration. I need a widget to add there & populate close code , close notes.

You can add additional fields to the widget via

 

Navigate to Service Catalog > Catalog Administration > My Request Filter

Search and open the record where Table = Incident (I am guessing it's Incident) and Applies = Service Portal

Add your field to the 'Secondary fields to display' field

thank you for your response , but this is what not I am looking for.

Please check attach screenshot in my question. In the details tab I need to add close fields.
