Employee Center Favorite Catalog item

Is it possible to remove the option to 'favorite' an individual catalog item in Employee Center?

Hi @Rhonda15 ,

The entries for favorites are stored in sys_ui_bookmark. While the table has no Active field to turn something on/off, you could remove the user name from the user field and it wouldn't appear for that user any longer. You may want to save that value if you plan to restore it later.

Hi Sandeep,

The sys_ui_bookmark only has the Filter Navigation favorites. I'm wanting to remove the heart from a catalog item.  I've attached an example.

Question:  Why do you want to remove access to a feature who's sole purpose is helping people navigate faster via their own preferences?

It's an incident record producer that is launched from a specific location that provides the assignment group. When the record producer is launched as a favorite it does not have the assignment group attached, so it's not assigned to a group.
