Hello @Sheh ,

U can use OOTB ESC footer by cloning it and then customizing it according to ur requirement.

For this type footer in the filter navigator:

Go to Employee Center Footer and clone it and attached with ur portal. (here u can change the logo, Organization Content, Copyright, Bottom Links, Social Icons)

For to change its CSS, go to 'Headers & Footers' --> Employee Center Footer and customize the color, font, text etc.

Hi @BodireddyU,

To update the footer logo:

• Navigate to All → Employee Center → Employee Center Footer

• Open the Employee Center record (or your custom record for the portal)

• Locate the logo field, update it with the required image, and save

Clear the cache and refresh the portal to see the updated footer logo.

To update the portal header/logo:

• Navigate to All → Service Portal → Portals

• Open the required portal record

• Update the logo field with the desired image and save

Clear the cache and refresh the portal to see the updated header/banner logo.
