Employee Center Menu is no longer visible on top navigation bar after upgrading the plugin

Hi,

 

We have upgraded employee center to 39.0.8 and SN instance to Zurich. After upgrades, we no longer see the top navigation bar. I see that top and side style navigation bars are introduced, I have changed ours to top, still the navigation menu and get support are missing on the top. Please assist.

Did you check if it is because of Advanced portal navigation?

 

1. Navigate to All > Employee Center > Advanced Portal Navigation

2. Open the record of "Employee Center" using the (i) icon

3. In the related Menu Items check if items are available and add menu item.

@SumanthDosapati  Yes, all the menu items are available in advanced portal navigation

Verify below :

  1. All menu items in advanced portal navigation are active
  2. Topic mapped to menu item and taxonomy mapped to topic are active
  3. Atleast one topic has connected content
  4. Taxonomy is mapped to esc portal record.
  5. Try adding new menu item and some topic, content in advanced portal navigation.
  6. Click on sync hierarchy.

Even after all the steps if it is not showing then you can go with a Support case with ServiceNow.
