Employee Center not returning matches

Recently updated to Washington DC in our TEST environment and The Employee Center search feature is no longer returning matches. Where do i look in our PROD environment to update the settings in TEST?

Could you please provide some more info like is this happening only for you or for all the users?
If person specific: Recommend to clear browser cookies, clear cache and try again.
If all user specific: check the 'Search Sources' of the portal.
