Employee Center - Taxonomy missing from menu

Hello, this is probably a really simple query.

 

I've had a look at Employee Centre in our instances and the "employee" taxonomy isn't displayed on the menu bar, despite being active and selected as the current taxonomy.

If you currently receive a new xanadu version of instance, the same problem will occur
Multiple instances experienced the same issue.

I'm also looking for a solution.

You can't add Topic to the existing technical service,

Delete cache, perform table reindex, perform AI index, etc

The newly created topic, taxonomy is not reflected.

New xanadu instance. Cloned taxonomy. All records are "active" and "connected". Refreshed client/server session/cache. My custom taxonomy will still not load under the mega menu and this is a 100% OOTB PDI. The only thing that works is the Manager Hub menu item for "Your Team" (valid since I have this plugin installed).

Did you try running the fix script "Set primary topics for Employee taxonomy"? this may fix the issue!
