One of our customers already uses the AI Search capability in production. Does it also include AI Search Spokes (e.x., Ingest Document,.... ), or one must buy a License to use these spokes in production?

It depends on what you want to do, to use the actions mentioned (Ingest Document, Initialize Batcher, etc...) you only need the AI ​​Search Spoke license. In the last update I saw, this license was already included in the Starter version of IntegrationHub.

If you want to do something more specific, such as native integration with Sharepoint, you would need an additional license for this Spoke: SharePoint Online Search Connector
