I am working on Manager Hub and wanted to include details on Employee Details expanded contact card. I only have the options Location, Contact and Status. How can I add more fields from Employee Profile table onto this card?

Hi @Radha K ,
Thank you for testing that. Since the explicit manager_hub view on the HR Profile table didn't take effect, we can deduce two things:
The component might be rendering data from the User (sys_user) table instead of the HR Profile. (Fields like Location, Status, and Contact are core User fields).
The component is falling back to the standard workspace view because it didn't find (or isn't configured to look for) the manager_hub view.
The Next Logical Step: Target the User Table & Workspace View
Most side-panels in standard Workspaces default to a view named workspace if no specific override is found.
Please try this configuration:
Navigate to the User Table:
Type sys_user.list in the filter navigator.
Open any user record.
Force the "Workspace" View:
In the URL bar, append &sysparm_view=workspace and press Enter.
Note: If the view doesn't exist, the form will look messy or default.
Configure the Layout:
Right-click the header > Configure > Form Layout.
Crucial: Ensure the View name is "Workspace". (If "Workspace" doesn't exist in the dropdown, click New in the view selector and name it workspace).
Add your desired fields here (e.g., Department, Title, etc.).
Save.
Test in Manager Hub:
Refresh your Manager Hub browser tab entirely.
Check the expanded card again.
Why this usually works: Even though Manager Hub is HR-focused, the "Contact Card" element is often a shared component that looks at the sys_user record to ensure it works for employees who might not have a full HR Profile yet. By configuring the workspace view on sys_user, you catch the default rendering for that component.
If targeting the User table solves it, please mark it as Accepted Solution.
Best regards, Brandão.

@Itallo Brandão - I think I found the info where that is being retrieved from. This expanded card details is coming from the widget - Manager Hub Your Team Expanded Card. If you open the widget, you can see the script include ManagerHubTeamConfig referenced on it. This script include uses one more script include named, ManagerHubTeamConfigSNC. The column sysid's are hard-coded here by ServiceNow.
