Interaction create request

Hi Experts,

 

While creating the Request from interaction and if we are selecting the order guide then when the Request is submitted the interaction record number under the sc_request is not associated.

 

Does anyone know how to get this fixed ?

hI @Bartosz Nowak2 ,

 

Can you open the form then add the related list called "Interactions" then it will start showing up.

the problem is that its working fine for the Requests that were created outside of order guide ( just catalog item) if we are trying to create the request utiliizng from interaction and we will select the order guide its not working ( i dont want to do that manually, it should be auto-assigned) found this article Requests created from Walk-up Interaction Records is not getting related/mapped to Interaction(IMS) ... for walk-up... checked and the same layout is set for order guides...
