Expanding details shown on details tab on Employee Center My To-dos (for HR Cases)

Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone has done some work on Employee Center and the "HRM Todos Summary" widget. Specifically, getting more details visible on the "Details" tab, when it concerns an HR Case.
See below image. What I'm after, adding for example also the Description field to this section.
I did find already, that the section is made up in another widget, "Todos HR Case Approval". Haven't found yet where the "additionalFieldsList" is coming from. I would guess, that that would contain (out-of-the-box) only Short description.
I will do some more searching. Though perhaps anyone has already ideas or came across this 🙂

Update:
Out-of-the-box the rich_description field is on Detail column 2. And initially won't be shown on the portal widget, only after manually updating the case. Using rich_description, though will show HTML tags on the portal widget + no line breaks.
So tested with updating Detail columns 2, to description field. Immediately shown on the portal widget. Though also here, no line breaks.
Opened a Support Case for this. This doesn't sound like correct out-of-the-box behavior.

The case was converted into a problem, as it is recognized as an issue. (or better: defect)
What the current status is? Can't tell, I don't have access to ServiceNow Support anymore.

Is it resolved? Are you able to share the problem link or details?
I have similar issue where on the same page (My Task --> Approve HR Request) the 'Description(rich_description)' sometimes is not visible to the approver.
I check and seems on the widget the results should come from the HR REST API getportalcontent, which is not documented.
Wonder if the known issue related to this one as well.
