Facets is not showing up for few users in EC Pro with AI search enabled

Hi Experts,

 

The facets which show up in the left hand side in Employee center is not the same for all users.


Currently, the active facets list in system are as follows;

Topics
Subtopics

Catalog categories

Software categories

Knowledge categories

Knowledge country

Knowledge languages

 

But, end user can only see the following facets;

 

Knowledge categories

Knowledge languages

Need some help on this.
