Hi all,
Currently checking possibilities to implement breadcrumb navigation for all catalog items in employee center.
Breadcrumb navigation partly exists
but it disappears when catalog item(form) is opened. When form is opened breadcrumbs disappears and its possible to see only Back button.
My goal would be to replace back button with full path of breadcrumbs like this:
Home > Hardware & Software > Hardware > Mobile devices and accessories > Mobile device ordering
> Catalog item name
Since I'm very new to ServiceNow, I am wondering how hard is that to implement? I read documentation about breadcrumb widget but now it's still not clear how to implement it in test. Any ideas? Maybe someone has done it before or have some other documentation saved which suits my goal?
