update awaiting info approval state to closed complete

Hi All, 

Having a requirement, that when the request is submitted it goes for an approval. 

we have three stages of Approved, Awaiting info, Rejected. 

If the First level of approval is a group approval. having two persons are the approvers. 

If any one of the approver moves the sate to awaiting info state then it will update the same awaiting info state to other approval also. 

Then if the one approver approves one approval the other approval is not updating as approved/ not required. 

can we have any option to make that particular approval as not required. 

Any suggestions.

How are you creating the approvals? If you are using Flow Designer, you have options in the action that can govern what happens when someone approves and how many approvals are needed. 

This is somewhat standard baseline functionality for when you have an approval step, where only one person in the group needs to approve or reject.

Thanks for your swift response. 

we are using the flow designer. In the approval action we are using the below rule in the flow designer. 

The current issue we are facing is. 

Once the approval triggers to a group. And if the one user approves the approval from awaiting info. the other approval which is not updating to 'not required' from awaiting info. 

to make this change any other possible suggestion.
