Helpful yes/no knowledge article

Hello community,

When I click on "View Article" in a knowledge article, I encounter the question "Helpful? yes/no." Alongside this question, there's an option to leave comments. I was wondering if it's possible to make comments mandatory depending on the selected response.

Specifically, is there a way to make the comment mandatory if I choose "NO" in the "Helpful? yes/no" question? I'm looking for a way to ensure that comments are provided when the response to the question is negative.

I would appreciate any guidance on how to address this or if there's any configuration or functionality that allows making comments mandatory in specific cases.

Additionally, I would like to inquire about removing the "Flag Article" button. Is there a procedure or setting to hide or disable this button?

I would appreciate any guidance on these matters or if there are any configurations or functionalities that allow making comments mandatory and removing the "Flag Article" button.

Thank you for your assistance!

Hi @Massachusetts ,

There is a system property for flag ( glide.knowman.show_flag ), you can set as "false" if don't want to be on KB Article page.
