Hide buttons in SOW

Hi,

When I open Incidents from List menu in SOW, It is showing few buttons which are not useful. How can I hide buttons can anyone help me on this.

Hi,

You can look for 'List Actions' in left navigation and deactivate the Actions as per your requirement.

Steps given on below link are applicable in this scenario as well.

NOTE: This list actions are in different application scope so make sure to select correct application scope and update set while making required changes.
