Hi,
How can I show my acitve incidents assigned to me under my active items?
Is there an easy configuration? I tried with To-dos Configuration but seems to be requiring widget in To-dos Wiedget mappings
Thanks in advance
Padam

Hello Padam. We have a section in our free Employee Center Essentials course that covers how to configure this widget. It's in the Employee Center Configuration module of the course.
I hope this helps.

Hey,
Found one relevant article that guides you to do the same,just update the filter from native UI
Filter : active=true^assigned_to="+ gs.getUserID();

That answer is misleading. The OP asked about the "My active widget" provided in the Employee Center, and the person iving an answer refers to creating a custom listing of incidents.
