How give custom color on on the Survey report card?

I want to change the "Agree" to Green color; OOB is picking up a Blue colour.

I already tried that, but it is not working.

I created the color on this table

To change the chart color, you need to define the colors through Chart colors:

Afterwards in the report itself, you need to chose "use char colors (if defined)
