How to adapt the email content for email notification?

In workspace, agent screen:

For the email notification, I want to know where I can change the content for the email.

Notifications can be generated from different places (e.g., email client using template, flow), but the most common place is from System Notification > Notifications.  The email content may be directly in that notification or in an email template that is associated with that notification.
