How to add additional fields on the Activity tab on the Employee Center?

Standard Ticket Page / Standard Ticket Widget / Standard Ticket Configuration - Servicenow

Requirement : To add the additional field on the activity, tab on the incident form on the Employee Centre.

This section is managed by the Standard Ticket Page and its Standard Ticket Configuration

So to add the fields here, we can Navigate to Standard Ticket > Standard Ticket Configuration >

Select the table as per the requirement = ‘incident’

Open the incident :

Here as per our requirement : We want the description field to be made visible on the activity tab

Select : Show Description = Always
Description field = Description , here select the mapping field you want to show.
