Common approval workflow being used for multiple catalog items.
How to bypass the approver, who has left the organization (Active=false) and another persons (Active=true) id is being added as an approver manually to catalog item related list so as to fix this for the time being. When tried to add requestor manually, it shows state as "Not yet requested". Please advise how to move this further.
I tried to place background script to make this "Requested", however related information on RITM remains unchanged, like Approval = Requested, Stage = Waiting for Approval and State = open.
Applied the background script again, and updated these value as Approval = approved, stage = fulfillment and State = work in progress, however SCTASK not getting created, please help me understand, where am I going wrong?
