How to call message in Annotation in New Workspace

We can get message in Annotation of Core UI .

But it not worked in workspace.

annotations are not supported in workspace with getMessage

what's your business requirement here?

Why not use form message and show on form and it will work in both native + workspace?

We want to do localization for annotations, is there any another way for it?

We can't use form message.  there are 9 tabs. and each tab has special annotations.
