How to connect employee learning profile to company profile?

I try to access my SNOW training profile to company profile. Company profile manager got my request, but he can't approve it and get error message, that my email is already in use. I never requested to link my profile to company profile before, however I see that I am linked to some company already. 

Could I be linked to company profile, because I am using company email for my SNOW learning profile?

I asked another colleague, who has his profile linked to company profile, which account number he sees in his learning portal and it is different from what I have. So I am not sure to what company I am linked without requesting this.

Maybe somebody experienced the same?

I want to link my learning profile with company profile to see what benefits I could get there while planning my SNOW development in 2022.

They will answer all your queries regarding account link.

As per my knowledge, company email id is linked with your now learning.

you have to merge your personal and company now learning profile.

Yes, So I try to merge them and company admin sees error, that such email already exists.
