How to connect employee learning profile to company profile?

I try to access my SNOW training profile to company profile. Company profile manager got my request, but he can't approve it and get error message, that my email is already in use. I never requested to link my profile to company profile before, however I see that I am linked to some company already. 

Could I be linked to company profile, because I am using company email for my SNOW learning profile?

I asked another colleague, who has his profile linked to company profile, which account number he sees in his learning portal and it is different from what I have. So I am not sure to what company I am linked without requesting this.

Maybe somebody experienced the same?

I want to link my learning profile with company profile to see what benefits I could get there while planning my SNOW development in 2022.

That means you do not have access to partner portal from company email id.

ask your superior or manager for this.

If your company/client is partner with servicenow, you will get access

It's possible that your SNOW learning profile is already linked to your company profile because you used your company email address to create your learning profile. This could have happened automatically if your company has a policy of linking all employee learning profiles to their company profiles.

Alternatively, it's possible that someone else linked your learning profile to your company profile without your knowledge or consent. If this is the case, you should contact the SNOW support team to investigate the matter.

If you're not sure to which company your profile is linked, you can try contacting the SNOW support team for assistance. They should be able to help you identify which company your profile is currently linked to and whether it's possible to link your profile to a different company.
