How to display Ritm(s) instead of Req(s) in My Requests OOB widget which is in my_requests page?

Hi All,

I'm having an requirement to display the Ritm(s) instead of Req(s) in My Requests OOB widget. I have tried a lot of things as I have replaced sc_request with sc_req_item. But there isn't any use with that.Even I have made the Service Catalog Request Portal entry as inactive in 'request_filter' table as it is taking the values from request filter.Then it isn't taking any reqs or ritms into its list. If anyone has idea on how to achieve this, please share it with me.

I too have the same requirement. Is this works for a particular domain instead of for all domains.?
