How to get Styled Content & Content Experience widget visible on public page

Hi,

I have setup a public page that is visible on the ARC portal. I put 3 standard widgets in it. Announcement, Styled Content and Content Experience.

In all three content widgets, there is content published in it.. for audience "Public Users". 

Now, only the Announcement / rich text content (text) is visible on the public page. the other two (where there is a picture in it).. is not visible. Anyone knows what can cause the problem of this? I see as well that pictures in the announcement content is not being show.

HI,

You can use User Criteria !!

Activate the Service Portal User Criteria Support (com.glide.service-portal.user-criteria) plugin and set the glide.service_portal.user_criteria_enabled system property to true.

You can apply several user criteria records to a single portal item.

Procedure

  1. In the Service Portal Configuration page (Service Portal > Service Portal Configuration), open the Page Editor.
  2. Select a page from the list.
  3. Select a page, widget, or widget instance node from the page tree.
  4. Under related lists, click Who Can View or Who Cannot View.
  5. Click New.
  6. Select a criteria from the Can View or Cannot View list.

    Selecting criteria from the Can View or Cannot View list applies user criteria records created in Create a user criteria record for Service Portal to the selected page, widget, or widget instance.

  7. Click Save.

Hi there,

The page is already set to public.. and the widgets content is set to Public Users. This is the same as the Anonymous reporting case portal.. there is similar widgets.. only they dont use pictures in rich text content.. and there they havent used the Styled Content widget. The page itself is visible.. only the pictures are blocked on the page.

 

Is this not related to some ACL's?

Hi,

we have a similar request. We want to make use of a public content page to display company news on screens. 

Did you already figured out how to unblock the pictures that are being displayed on the Styled content widgets on public pages?
