How to Hide 'Tasks/To-dos' tab from Employee Center Pro if case has child case

Hi everyone, hope you are doing well.

I wanted to hide 'Tasks/To-dos' tab from Employee Center Pro for HR Child cases. What I mean is, if the case is a child parent it should NOT appear under 'Tasks/To-dos' tab. Please check below for reference:

How can I achieve this?

You can handle this via Standard Ticket Configuration Module by making the following changes.

1. Navigate to Standard Ticket Configuration, and open the record of your case table

2. Navigate to the Tab Configuration related list in the bottom and open Task/ToDos

4. Add the filter condition in Visibility condition.

Another question, in which circumstances does that tab appear? Do you know it?

@rafas_2703 When the Case doesn't have any parent (parent field on case is empty). Then the Tab would appear.
